All things are broken once I signed out

I changed primary email address and signed out on my phone, then I couldn't sign in via my phone. I was looking for solution, and I tried to sign out on my computer as well, and then when I try to sign in using new primary email address, they asked as if I haven't created my account. Now all things are broken.

I reinstall the mobile app but it couldn't fix the issue. I think there are a lot of other problems on this site and app as a whole.
