many followers say they can listen to the first 3-4 seconds of my private tracks, then the streaming stops and they cannot listen anymore... Is there any problem on my account? Please let me know ASAP about this, I couldn't find a way to avoid this problem.

I just came across this topic and wanted to check in with you - I've looked at your settings, but everything should be fine. There is no know bug that would cause this specific behavior. Did the users you sent the private link provide more details by any chance? Were they trying to listen on a computer? Or on a mobile device? iOS or Android?
These infos might be useful for other community members to help troubleshooting.
