Cannot log into mobile

I have made sure that i have put in the right password and email, and have sent several emails to reset my password, which have worked, since i can sign in on my pc, but every time i try to sign in on my phone it just says 'we couldn't sign you in, please try again'. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app, using old passwords, but nothing has worked.

I am having the same issue with the SC app on my phone. Password and email are correct. Pulse app signs in fine. Additionally, I also have an Android tablet, and have no issue signing in in that device.
