How do i fix progress bar?

My progress bar is stuck at the end and it makes it very hard to scroll trough the song or even look at the wave bar. (look at the pic)

first... unlock the developer options in settings. go to "about" in settings, then "software information," then click "android version" until you get a message that developer options are unlocked. Then press back and go to the developer options that will be unlocked in settings. Navigate to the animation sections and adjust all the scaling options to at least 2.0. Close the Soundcloud app and re-open. This worked for me. Cheers!
