To whom it may concern,

I've had a SoundCloud subscription for approximately 2 years. I got the SoundCloud go+ subscription and it has worked flawlessly until last December, when I got double charged on the same subscription, one through apple pay and the other through SoundCloud itself. I would like to have my money, in the amount of 13.50Fr, for the duplicate charge back and also cancel it for the future . This cancelation should be taken care of without actually canceling my subscription, since I'm already paying for it once. How can I do this?
