If a SoundCloud track is redirecting you to a separate track to download the FLP, then the redirect more than likely contains an invalid URL. Try getting up with the uploader to see if you can resolve the issue with them!

Hi there,
FLP files are FL Studio project files, which are not compatible with SoundCloud, meaning when someone tries to upload that file, our encoder will not be able to read that file.
