I was charged for soundcloud Go+ for a number of months starting in July through November. My bank says that November I was charged as well but my soundcloud app says I have no subscription, today is November 30th and I have ads playing on the app. Attached is a screenshot of my app telling me I'm not subscribed. I would like a refund to my card, or someone to contact me about it. I hope for a response to this as it is VERY difficult to find contact information for this company.
