FCC and Souncloud...

Hey guys,
We’re all heard of it already, the FCC kraken woke up and their head Ajit Pai released its fire , “We are restoring the light-touch framework that has governed the internet for much of its existence. This move would kill the internet “outlandish”.”
I know it’s too early to speculate but I’m now wondering by removing the rules, critics argue, will definitely stifle the online innovations that have been enjoyed by people worldwide and set a dangerous precedent for other countries looking to take firmer control of the internet or to hand oversight to corporations. So, what’s left and how this will affect us, the Souncloud consumers here in US and why not worldwide? All opinions highly appreciated. Cheers
