I was not aware of the auto-renewal setting on SoundCloud.
I was charged for an account that was hardly used. The email was created for the account and we did not get the email about the renewal on time. That email is firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be using the Pro services on that account. I really hope that SoundCloud has ethical practices about this because I really admire the brand.
