spam account and strikes

a spam account has reported my track before and I received a strike even though I disputed it and provided sufficient proof of the artists and producers permission, for some reason SoundCloud issued a strike unless the account retracts the report, but it was a spam account and they never answered even though proof was shown to them, in this case I received the one strike.
BUT now this same account has reported another two tracks which can result in another two strikes, I have blocked the account, but what should I do if they fail to respond and sound cloud gives me two strikes? even if I have proof that I have permission from the actual artist?

please help with some advice.
