Artist has been lost, message says "check back in a bit" but its been alreadyover a week?

The error message is:

Sorry! We can't find that user. A report has been sent to our tech team,
and they're looking in to the problem.
Please check back in a bit.

"Check back in a bit", its been a week or a bit more?

So obviously they are not fixing it.

How can I get the admins attention to fix it, coz obviously the automatic system is not fixing it?

Thank you! It is him, he has the same tunes. Funny that the old profile does not redirect to this new one...

Also, now I can't seem to be able to play tunes from Soundcloud (says try again later), I guess this is a passing database issue but just wanted to mention.

Thanks a lot Gina, how did you manage to find him under his new nickname? This puzzles me 😛

Looks like the user hasn't decided on a final user name just yet and has change the url back to qase...

Either way, Gina did some research from our end of things. And also, this. ;-)
