Can't Download my own tracks

Hi,
I write for a number of production libraries and have trusted soundcloud, up until recently, to hold my tracks so that I can download from any location, and have clients do the same. For certain tracks that I have uploaded I am receiving 'This track was not found. Maybe it has been removed'. I can plan play the track, it has not been removed. I am now using Dropbox for all future links to clients as this is so untrustworthy.
Additionally, please don't set up the system to be so convoluted that you cannot make direct contact with someone easily. Rapidly going off Soundcloud.

By default tracks are not downloadable. You need to enable this when you upload it. You can also enable downloads now by going to the permissions page for your tracks.

I am also having the same problem. I agree with the sentiment of this entirely. When is this going to be fixed given that this was raised 7 months ago? I'm paying for this service and expect to be able to contact someone when I'm hitting bugs with your website!

That’s not true if you’re a pro user which I am. I can download some tracks but most of them I can’t

Hi, I've now found that if you click onto the track a few times and select download original file it does eventually do it!!?! So it's therefore not so much of an issue - I can live with that

i'm having a similar problem. many tracks i've uploaded on my pro account no longer work with the "download original file" button in the "Edit track" dialog. i get a page with the message:

"This track was not found. Maybe it has been removed — Learn more"

this has happened to at least 5 tracks and does not resolve if i wait, or repeatedly try to download. very sux.

thanks for reporting your issue. We were able to reproduce it and we will look into this! There seems to be a workaround though: please try to edit the track from https://soundcloud.com/you/tracks and see if the download button works from there?
