Question

Dont receive lost password email andI cant change my email.

I want to change my email address. So I go to here:
http://soundcloud.com/settings/email
And add my new email address, but get this error:
"Sorry, _[my email address] appears to be registered to another SoundCloud account."
But it is my own email and dont remember that signed up in soundcloud in it before. However, I entered this email for "forgot password" and souncloud said that will send an email to it. But I did not recieve any email. days and days. what's problem? How can I change my email?
(for more information: I use TOR for browsing, because in my country (Iran) soundcloud is censored (by proxy)).

Thanks for visiting the Help Forum. If it seems like you're not receiving our password reset emails, it may help to check your spam folder, make sure that mailer@soundcloudmail.com is added to your whitelist, and check to make sure your email server isn't blocking us.

This second account that you were unaware of may have been unintentional if you visited SoundCloud through your mobile device. If after checking spam, you are still unable to delete this account then please get in touch here and one of our specialists can hel you directly.

I've tried three times now to have the password reset email sent to my email associated with SoundCloud but I'm not receiving the email from SoundCloud to reset the password.

This email address (mailer@soundcloudmail.com) is not blocked by my email server because I receive email notofier about this topic.
So I'll get in touch there.

Hi Im trying to sign into my account, i forgot my email i used to set it up. i created a secondary account.

soundcloud.com/charliemonix and the other is /charliemonix2

Can you help me figure out which email address i used? I can remember the password, but for some reason i think i foolishly used my student email 😞
