MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN FOR OVER A WEEK NOW WITH ZERO HELP OR ASSISTANCE FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM. I HAVE SUBMITTED SUPPORT TICKETS OVER 15 TIMES NOW, CONTACTED SUPPORT VIA TWITTER- NO RESPONSE.
