Ah, I do now understand what the issue is - just responded on a different conversation.

You can hide the artwork actually, and that is done via a parameter.

For instance, let's say you're trying to embed this track: https://soundcloud.com/sashasashamarie/refresh

The regular embed code for this would be:
<iframe width="100%" height="450" scrolling="no" frameborder="no" src="https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https%3A//api.soundcloud.com/tracks/188612777&auto_play...;

Now, I understand you want to hide the artwork. In order to do so, please make sure the parameter "visual=true" is changed to "visual=false". Also, add the parameter &show_artwork=false

Like this: <iframe width="100%" height="450" scrolling="no" frameborder="no" src="https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https%3A//api.soundcloud.com/tracks/188612777&auto_play...;

This should do the trick for you.
Cheers,
Mathis
Thanks!!
I have a question...
Is there any way to just have the arrow icon or even the sound cloud icon as link to my track? I don't have room to put the whole player, even the smaller one on my interactive pdf (via Uberflip)

Hi Charlotte,

The only embeds we offer from the site are the three options given to you in the window when you select 'Embed'. I am sure that you could engineer a more custom playback button for your blog but that isn't something we offer. You may find these resources helpful.

Thanks,
Gina
