Pro Plan Payment Failure

Dear sir/madam,

I couldn't pay for my pro plan, because my PayPal account was blocked.
I can upgrade it again, but I've paid 3 Eu for my pro account every month and now I have to pay 5,25 EU. That means I should pay 25 Eu more in one year. So how could we fix this problem? I think It's not my fould, because I couldn't pay.
