replacing uploads

I can not replace an existing file, i get a link but it does not respond, I am a premium member. thanks

Thanks for writing in about this & sorry about the troubles. Hmm, can you elaborate this a bit further? Normally, in order to replace a file in order to not loose the comments and play counts on a track, you can go to the track's edit mode and choose "replace file" from there. This is a premium feature, however since you mentioned you're on a pro plan, you should be able to do this just fine.

Can you try that and explain what exactly happens? Also, please make sure to run our set of basic troubleshooting as outlined here - this way you'll be able to either solve the issue, or at least isolate the root cause further.

I have the same problem...The replace file link is broken. I am a pro member.
The replace button it's like playing lottery. 8 times out of 10 it doesn't work...please solve that issue, otherwise my pro membership doesn't make any sense...
