Won't let me buy Pro or Pro Unlimited subscription!!!

I cancelled my Pro subscription last month & I recently decided to buy the Pro Unlimited subscription. Every time I go to checkout it says “Something went wrong. No funds were transferred. Please try again.” So I tried purchasing both subscriptions with multiple different debit cards and I tried checking out with PayPal. I have money in all the accounts and it still gives me the same error message.
