it is straight-up IMPOSSIBLE to get a human answer from SoundCloud Staff to any issues it seems
i just feel like SoundCloud staff does not really care about their users these days, or are super under-staffed.
i've been asking about an issue with SoundCloud Monetization for ages - how to monetize the same track on multiple different SoundCloud profiles
i've also been asking for certain easy-to-set-up features to be implemented for years
i've also been frustrated with certain websites like rebrand.ly being blocked
there are also so many glitches, like trying to move a track up through the playlist often gets stuck and then you can't move it at all
SO MY QUESTION IS: Is there any way to actually contact SoundCloud Tech Support and get answers to a question / resolutions to an issue these days? If so, how? Thanks.
