Question

Loading Error on Mobile Ap

Everything is working fine with the ap until I try to play a song. Even when connected to wi-fi, a "Loading Error, Tap to try again" message appears. I keep pressing the refresh button but it keeps going back to the same message. I tried signing out and signing back in but no luck. Does anyone else have this problem?

Is this still happening to you? If so, are you on an Android device, or on an iPhone?

If you are on Android, there's a set of steps that I'd recommend:

1. Log out of the app
2. Force stop it by going to your Application Manager and clicking 'Force Stop'.
3. Under this menu also click 'Clear Cache'.
4. Restart your device
5. Open the app and log in again

*If none of these steps help to sort out the issue, please try deleting the app and re-installing it again from the Google Play store.

I'm on an iPhone actually. I tried deleting and re-installing the ap and certain songs/playlists work sporadically now. Check out this screenshot.

Yeah i get the exact same error, just that it's on one of my playlists. Won't work on my iPhone but friends can access the playlist on their iPhones without any problems. Really strange..

if you replace the original file it works,
but after a while it starts happening again.

I've been encountering the same problem ever since i've updated the app to version 5.0.0.

I have an iphone SE ios 10.2.1
Also having this problem, and nothing is resolving it. Only an issue on the iPhone app.
It's working again
This is happening with me too... I've replaced the track now a few times. i thought originally because it was AIFF but I switched to WAV and it still wont work. Only on the app. works on the actual site.
Same thing happening to me, iPhone 6. No amount of loggin in/out, reinstalling, or rebooting the device fixes the issue.
Any update? Been having issue for 2 weeks now. Iphone 6s plus. iOS 9.1

Android app works, web player works on same track that iPhone cannot load.
