Private Playlists appear empty on mobile device!!!

I am sick to death of sending out private playlists containing my hard work to people, only for them to say 'the playlist is empty?' -

This is making me look very amateur and stupid, not to mention lost business.

When record companies receive demos they don't want to be told 'if the playlist looks empty try it on desktop' - how amateur does that look? They simply see it empty and move on to the next person.

So why is this still happening?

Soundcloud support keeps saying 'our engineers are aware of this and are looking into it' - but nothing is being done.

Why should we pay for a service that doesn't fully work?
