Where I have two songs that I added when I created the playlist. When I want to add a new song to the playlist, I click on the "Add to playlist" and the modal entitled "Create New" to create a Playlist is displayed, and it doesn't have the "Add to Playlist" tab as the steps here: https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003449787-Creating-and-adding-tracks-to-a-playlist

Please try and disable your Adblock extension and restart your browser. This was the root cause for many users who have reported this being an issue. If this does not help, please try and create one more playlist - this can be a private playlist. Afterwards, you should hopefully see the option to add to your playlists. This is a workaround, not a fix, but I hope it does the trick for the time being.
