My tracks are not available in my country?

For the past week or so, my tracks ( all original content ) are unavailable in the united kingdom, where I'm based. If I'm logged in they play fine but if someone else tries to play it says unavailable in the UK. Could someone please explain how this happens and how I can make the tracks available again?

I have the same problem for past 3 month, have you sorted it out? Are your tracks available now?
Sameeeee my tracks don’t work aswell it says they are unavailable in the uk????????
