Songs do not sync/transfer/match on desktop and mobile app

I'm having an issue where I add/delete songs on my playlist on my desktop but the result does not sync/transfer to the mobile app. I have an iPhone7. I have tried deleting and reinstalling that app and that updates the changes. However, if I add a song on my desktop, it doesn't sync up again. It only works if I add/delete songs on my playlist on the mobile app itself.

How can this be fixed?

It appears this is a problem and it also appears there is no answer. I love places where you cannot get direct help with a problem. Thanks SoundCloud!

Anyone know of another site where I can upload my music that actually works?
