"This track can't be played right now" issue. Songs vanished

Hi. Just noticed like 5 of my tracks are gone. I just paid my month pro unlimited subscription & i have a pro unlimited account. But 5 of my latest tracks have vanished. Is there any reason for this? Please help,

Hi there Hanif,

Not sure which songs in particular you're referring to, but I can see that some of the tracks you've tried to upload 2+ years ago got blocked due to containing copyright protected material. Maybe these are the tracks that are missing?

If not so, please provide the track names and the URL of your profile so others on the Help Community can try and help.

Hey Thx for the response Mathis.
Yes that was one track that soundcloud emailed me about and took down. But these 5 tracks that are gone, i've had up for some time. All have like 600+ plays, a good amount of like & repost. I think Soundcloud is treating my account as if I haven't paid my monthly subscription and knocked down some of the music. But I have paid my march unlimited pro plan on Feb.26.

the tracks are : Ear Excursion 10, Ear Excursion 11, Ear Excursion 12 - Late Ride, Ear Excursion 13 - Warm Up, & Ear Excursion 14 - Select Sounds
If i click on my tracks section within my profile, I see 5 empty boxes, a blank section where they used to be and a "This track can't be played right now" message .

Hi Hanif,

Thanks for getting back. I've looked into this for you, and it looks like you have deleted those tracks from your end, over the course of a couple of months actually (oldest deletion was back in April it seems). In this case, I'm afraid we won't be able to restore these tracks.

Hope you can soon upload them again to get back right where you were.

Wow it appears my account has been hacked. I checked the settings and some weird email address was the primary email address.
I guess this is how my tracks have been deleted. That's disappointing.
Also my URL is now https://soundcloud.com/peppermist1 instead of soundcloud.com/hanifaskia
Is there a way that fix it back to soundcloud.com/hanifaskia?
