Tracks in "Next up" skip/jump to "not next" track

The following occurs repeatedly. Why?

So I have a list of tracks in my "Next up" queue. So I start listening to a track in the queue. But when the track I started with is completed, the "Next up" player attempts to play the next track, but doesn't. Instead, it IMMEDIATELY jumps to the track following the next up/queued track. Or sometimes it jumps 2 tracks, or even 3 tracks ahead.

And "no", it's not because the "next up" track is missing or damaged, for I can click the

...for I can click on the skipped track and force it to play.
This brief popup message sometimes occurs when the skipping occurs.

Am I to assume that SoundCloud's servers are so overwhelmed that they can't play "Next up" tracks in order?

Hmm, not sure what exactly is causing this. Can you provide a few of the tracks that aren't played back so other community members can test this as well? Also, when you go to the tracks' pages, can you play the tracks from there properly?

Yes, I can access and play the track when I go to the track's page.

Another thing that I notice is that sometimes it will say "Not available in the US". But if you come back 30 minutes later, you can play the same track that 30 minutes earlier you were told was not available in the US.
