After speaking with iTunes about why my podcast episode show up and play as “unavailable to play”, they said I need to contact SoundCloud to enable my Byte range support. I really need assistance because I seem to can’t find it and SoundCloud is not helping with putting in a ticket .

UPDATE: Try removing the "Stats-service URL prefix" this worked for me
