enabling HTTP Head Request

Hi there Soundcloud experts, I would like to publish my pod cast on itunes and I have come up against this error message which itunes is flagging up:

'You will need to reach out to your host site Soundcloud and have them assist you with enabling HTTP Head Request. I would also make sure that Byte Range support is enabled as well. Once that is complete you can validate and resubmit your RSS feed in Podcasts Connect.'

I'm none the wiser. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get this to work with Apple?

Thank you

as you can see...

i ran this request against one of my own tracks in my rss feed because you do not have any tracks added to your rss feed yet... i suspect that once you have some items in there, you wont receive those errors anymore.

you can use apples recommended validator before you re-submit

Hey there,

There are currently two issues with this RSS feed.

1. Your profile artwork is 500x500px. Services such as iTunes require a square image between 1400x1400px and 3000x3000px
2. Your feed is empty, meaning you haven't included any of your tracks in your RSS feed yet. This can easily be fixed by following this article on our Help Center:

The error message you've received is clearly misleading. Once you've updated the above, the RSS feed should work properly.
Hi Mathis, Thank you for your comment. I have now managed to fix the RSS problem ( I think) by ticking the appropriate option in soundcloud -thank you. It's still showing up errors which I'm puzzled by. The art work size is still wrong - easily fixed- although I can't work out how to replace the image.... I welcome your advice here.

Hi @Guy Heywood,

Looking into it just now - Be sure to remove the "Stats service URL prefix" - you would only need that if you used a third party stats services such as Podtrac, otherwise it will mess with your RSS feed.
