I am struggling to get this feature to work :(

" Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

I have uploaded an image 1400x1400 as my profile and it is a Jpeg type, 262KB size. I checked the size in PhotoShop exported the appropriate image type and the size, however validation doesn't work for me. Why?

BTW my RSS is

Hi there,

The artwork you've uploaded is currently 1275 x 1275. Note the image in question is your SoundCloud profile picture, not the artwork of a track of yours. Once this is updated, you should be good to go.

To double check, paste your feed URL into the address field of a new browser window & hit enter. You'll find the URL of the image in the text. It is currently this one: - download the image (by copying the URL and pasting it into another browser window) to double check you hit the right size.

There is a bug is soundcloud then, because I definitely created the artwork in Photoshop and saved for the web with the dimensions 1400 width and 1400 height. So if you are correct then Photoshop is lying to all of us, who are graphic designers, or have graphic designer skills. I also checked the image in another image viewer. I also the File Manager reported the Jpeg as 1400 by 1400.

I was able to submit the RSS feed, because I raised the JPEG quality from 75% to 90% and re-saved for the web as 1400 by 1400. I then uploaded a new profile image. I think there is bug in soundcloud incorrectly resizing the image in my case.

In any case, I am now waiting for iTunes to review my podcast.

Hope this helps someone else who stuck on the invalidation RSS feed error message.
iTunes Podcast Connect has validated my RSS feed a day ago.

However, when I attempt to play the podcast episodes from within iTunes? The play buttons just spins and spins and spins ... the episode does not play. In fact none of my 6 episode on SoundCloud will play through iTunes.

Is this a SoundCloud issue or an iTunes issue?
Even iTunes Podcast Connect validated my RSS feed, does iTunes itself need more time to process sound files? What else happens?

My iTunes for my podcast is the following:
