Podcast image is coming up blank and thus Apple is rejecting submission

I believe I've set up our podcast correctly: the image is RGB JPEG and at least 1400x1400 pixels. (I have tried JPEG and PNG to no avail). When I inspect the content of our podcast feed http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:162769007/sounds.rss I can see the profile image at http://i1.sndcdn.com/avatars-000160582735-qb0ya0-original.jpg and yet if I try to view this exact image, I just get a blank file. So, no wonder Apple is rejecting it. But how do I get SoundCloud to format my image properly?! I can't see a magic switch for "make the image properly". Help!

Hi there,

Sorry about the troubles. Hmm, the only thing I could think of here is that you tried submitting the feed at the time when we were experiencing server issues that would cause for some images to not be shown properly.

I've double checked your settings on your SoundCloud account and things are looking fine now. Have you submitted, or - if not so - can you try submitting the feed again to see if it goes through ok now?

Apart from that, I've noticed that you're currently above your quota - you've uploaded 187 minutes, yet your total quota on the account is currently 180 minutes. Thus, some content on your account is hidden.

In order for all of them to appear on your account, you can either upgrade to a Pro plan or delete some sounds to make space on your account for new uploads.

You can check out what tracks are hidden on your account here: https://soundcloud.com/you/tracks. To delete click to 'view hidden tracks' and hover your mouse over the track for the 'trash' icon to appear.

Hope I was able to clear things up for you!

Cheers
