My new podcast feed on soundcloud has been rejected by itunes due to the language settings. My podcast is in a language that is not listed in the language selection menu on soundcloud’s content settings. I've reached out to iTunes and they advised me to resolve this with Soundcloud by editing the language tag in the RSS feed. Has anyone had experience getting this issue resolved with soundcloud?
Have already sent a support request to soundcloud. It’s been several days and soundcloud is yet to even acknowledge the support ticket with an email response. How long does support typically take to respond?
