Podcast problem on Apple app

Hi there,

We've recently had a number of our listeners reporting being unable to play our podcast in their Apple apps.

A consistent "Episode Unavailable" message is displayed.

This seems to have started happening in recent weeks and I understand this may not be a SouncCloud problem, or be happening to all downloaders, but since we've gone from no issues to recent issues, I'm wondering whether something has changed or can be done our end to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.
