Thanks for posting on our help forum. Let's see - first of all, it is important to note that only your SoundCloud account can have an RSS feed - individual tracks or playlists won't get a custom feed URL. However, you can decide which of your tracks you want to be included in your RSS feed.

If you're considering to submit your podcast to iTunes, they have a pretty elaborate documentation available here:

Last but not least, if you've been using a different host for your podcasts and want to move your old content, your previous host might have a setting or option to forward your content to a new feed location.
