We had no problem with all of our tracks being available until we checked today (6/21). In hopes of retrieving the tracks, we upgraded to the Pro version, but our tracks are still missing? Please help to retrieve the missing tracks!

I've been on the free version for a couple of years and have been capped at 1.250 followers. If I upgrade to the pro version will I then see all of the followers that I would have had if I hadn't been capped or does it just start at the 1,250?
I understand that the free account has limited access to stats and the pro has the works. I have tracks 3-4 years old and I'm wondering if I decide to go Pro today, would I be able to access the robust stats from years ago? Or are they just gone?
We've been trying to upgrade our free account to a pro unlimited account, but every time I've tried to do the transaction with a valid credit card, the site hangs. Not sure what's happening, or if I'm doing anything wrong. Any ideas? Cheers! -ruby
As I understand, Pro plan would give me 6 hours of upload limit for the first year. In the 2nd year of subscription, would I be getting additional 6 hours into my account or is it just carry forward the previous 6 hours of uploads.
I got a email that some of my tracks are hidden, but then I upgraded to Pro (since that was what soundcloud recommanded). Now it says "Upgraded to Pro unlimited" ? Why? Do I need it to get my tracks? If thats the case, why didnt it say that before, when i paid for just Pro?

When I'm listening to a mix it keeps stopping for no reason, sometimes it looks like it's gone to the beginning of the mix as well. Also I can't play anything offline at all and that is the only reason I upgraded. I have checked my battery saving settings and it's not that. Any ideas please?
