I am wondering whether you are able to upload a MP3 onto here but keep as private so only I/company can access?
I am looking to do this to get a URL for something I am looking to sell on iTunes for a company but just don't know the best way to go about this?
Does anyone have any experience in this or know the best way to go about it?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting on the help forum. Yes! You can absolutely upload a track and set it to private so only you and people who have the secret link to it can access and listen to your track.

When uploading your track, please make sure to set it from "public" to "private" to make sure it is not pushed to your followers streams.

I had this same question. Thanks,@Mathis for your answer. The webpage you referenced mentions that you can potentially be blocked for sending the same link to multiple people. If I want to send a link to a private track to everyone in my company (let's say 800 people), would that cause me to be blocked? I'd like to use SoundCloud for internal communications, but that can only work if I can ensure that those outside of the company can't access. For "private" tracks, would every employee have to have their own SoundCloud account or would they just be able to click on the link that I send them via email? I'm imagining that I would send an email to all employees with a link to the private track....and I'd delete the private track after 4-5 days. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for your help.

Hi Billy Bob,
Your work colleauges who don't have a soundcloud account will still be able to listen to private tracks as the below link will confirm. The required "key" for someone to hear a private track will be the secret link code, so a long as someone is directed to that track with that secret link code url then they can listen to it, regardless of whether they have a soundcloud account or not.
Certainly, as far as avoiding soundcloud messaging blocks, then go with sending that link out via your work email.
