I'm searching a option to set up that all my sound that I uploaded will be able to download by anyone. The only option I found is to change manually one by one. Is there a way to do it automatically?

You can do this via your "tracks" page at https://soundcloud.com/you/tracks
Just select all of your tracks (you can tick the box on the very top of the tracks to select all at once, then choose "edit x tracks" and choose permissions. Once you've ticket the box for direct downloads and saves, all of your tracks' settings will be adjusted
