Hello, can I use SoundCloud, to protect host my audiofiles (books, other)? The main function I need is 'embedded player' protection by domain to nobody can't share, listen and see my files (player lists) outside my own domain.

Thank You!

Hi there,

Hmm, you can set your tracks to be private, then embed them and put them behind a password protected page on your website. Limiting the embedded player to your domain is not an option SoundCloud provides at this time though.

Hi, I had the same question as Training Academy.

I do not wholly understand what exactly this means though: “ Limiting the embedded player to your domain is not an option SoundCloud provides at this time though.”

Does it mean that when people pay to get access behind the paywall and then press play on my (that I set to private on Soundcloud and have embedded) that the only way they here the track is through my website?

Or does it mean that they have the possibility to follow a link (or whatever) and listen to it outside my web page?
