Hi there,

Hmm, ok let's see - I've looked into this, and you're not blocked from contributing your tracks to groups. Maybe can you snd over the URL of a track of yours and the URL of the group you tried to contribute it to? This way we can look into this for you in further detail.

Hey there,

Thanks for following up and sorry about the delay in responding. Hmm, ok let's see.

I've taken Screenshots of the group info on two of your tracks:

Now, in order to investigate this for you further, I have added your track to the Group "https://soundcloud.com/groups/feedback-for-all-original-music" - this went just fine straight away, and I 'm still able to see your track in there when looking at the group from a different browser, and without being logged in.

Thus, the good news is, this seems to be working ok. However, not sure how I can go ahead and help with this further if you continue to experience this. Maybe the other groups you tried to contribute to were moderated groups?

I made sure, for this topic, that I chose non-moderated groups to attempt publishing to.
I am not able to find a consistent pattern for the songs not posting for me.
Some songs post to some groups some songs don't.
Niatis, the main one I am trying to share, doesn't go into any group as of 12 days ago.

I tried posting it to a group with a different browser, but still doesn't working.

I am unsure if it is some sort of unusual problem with my computer, or if it is just Soundcloud.

On a side note: At the time of me figuring it out I was staying at a different location. (Just some information to add to this just in case.)

If this problem can't be figured out, I appreciate the assistance anyways.

Hey hey,

Thanks for following up. When you were in the different location, were you still using your own computer, or was that different as well? This could narrow down the root cause further.

Other then that, I went ahead and added the track to the group "https://soundcloud.com/groups/trap-dubstep" to investigate this further (hope that was ok). The track was added fine, and I was able to see it in the group with a different browser as well.

We're approaching this mystery slowly but surely it seems - thanks for your patience and looking forward to hear from you.

I believe I used a different computer for a little bit.. I may have attempted to re-post it somewhere on it, though I don't remember. After that night I got back on to my normal computer.

Yes, that's fine.
I find this really odd. I don't know what else to do.

I may have narrowed this down though...
It seems to be that I am able to post it to a group that I haven't posted it to before, but even weeks later, tons of pages down, I can't have it return to the top.
Possibility, I don't know for sure.

Hmm, well if it is custom to your computer and network, I'd recommend looking into your browser settings a bit further (or try a different browser, or a private / incognito browser window with all extensions disabled.

On a more general note, please note that although it might be a good promotional tool for you, it can be frustrating for moderators and listeners if you're promoting your track(s) across all (or many) of your groups repeatedly. We created groups to help our users meet like-minded individuals. Therefore, to get the most out of using groups, try to be selective with which groups you contribute to and take the time to build up personal relationships with other group members :-)

Yes, I completely understand. I try to take this into consideration.
I find a group/groups that I find matches the piece, and post it.
I do post it to a group multiple times, but I put my self in the point of view of someone viewing. I don't want people being like "Oh my god, this song again..."..
When I am posting to a group again I try to post quite a while later for that reason.

I found that if I do that, I don't really get as many of the same views, and I spread the views to a bit more people. I do honestly try to make it as limited as possible, while trying to get feedback from people and learn more.

I guess this little bug will just be an incentive to only post a song to a group once. xD

I have exactly the same problem with my westbound Heavy Tracks they load into electro blues groups then a moment later disappear. Can you help me with this. It has been going on for sometime now.

I have the same problem, using different networks, different browsers, and on Windows and Linux based machines. So it's not a network issue on the user's end.
