Problems with Spotify

Hi everyone! How it's going?

I've submited my podcast on Spotify about one month ago.
However, something went wrong. I can't found it on the app.

Well, I contacted Spotify's support and they answered me:

''Hey Julio,

Thanks for sending that info.
Looking backstage, it seems that your RSS feed is not properly formatted.
We’re not able to update the RSS feed on our end, but your host can correct it. They can can try refreshing it by saving the podcast episode under a new file name.
This should re-trigger the download and update the feed.

We'll be here if you need anything else.''

Anyone understood the issue? Because I'm not :(
