Also is this outage also the cause of the accounts suddenly getting lost and wiped?

I made a ticket of my account not existing anymore:

This would be a separate thing to investigate. At first glance, it sounds like there might be a duplicate account mix up. If this doesn't get you back to your previous account, please reach out to our Account Access team with the email address you used and the URL of the account that went missing, as they will be able to investigate this further. Due to the public nature of our community and the collection of personal information they will need to collect, this cannot be handled on the forums directly, but you can reach out to them here. (hopefully, this won't be necessary).

Hey thanks for your reply. Sadly the duplicate account mix up is not the issue 😞 I have reached out to the support, but what's the normal time for them to respond?
