Too many plays of one track in a short period of time

Hi!

Usually I have had from 20 to 50 "plays" daily on my soundcloud profile.

This morning, I had around 3000 in 24 hours and it is still increasing! The thing is, it is only in one track called "Habitos".

I have not had any new followers or new likes, but the plays are still going up.

I am worried that it is some kind of hack...

Any ideas??

Thank you!

It's most likely bots giving fake plays. Why? Possibly a fan thinking they're doing you a favor by buying some dubious "promotion". Possibly bots being tested by latching on to a random old track. A pro account would give you info about where plays are coming from. I'd check the Reporting Fake Activity info and "file a ticket" on the link near the bottom of the page.

I don't think you don't need to worry about being hacked. SoundCloud is set up so you plays from your own account don't register, so if someone else had access to your account they couldn't add plays.
