Account - Paid for Go but cannot access on my devices

I paid for Soundcloud Go and confirmed that everything is good on Apple's side and my bank as I have receipts from both of the charge. However I cannot access my subscription on any of my devices. Need help ASAP

Same issue here
same issue here, i signed up for 30 day trial then ended up paying for a year via paypal. Then a month later i was charged $12.99 from the trial i signed up with (Same account mind you) so i canceled the auto pay and now my sound cloud go is canceled even though i paid for the year.
