Why would you want to take $135 from someone who doesn't need nor want to use the service anymore. I do not use the account in the way I had intended, which means I do nothing to help your service as I don't use it or promote it. Day 0 of a 365 day subscription, that came without notice, that you've made quite difficult to make contact to dispute and told me tough luck? This seems very shady operation and a money grab. Seriously?
I can go thru the process of disputes with my CC but why, I had been a customer, I no longer wish to be, but you'd rather trap me and have me spread my dissastifaction?

When you make a Pro or Go subscription purchase you also agree to our terms and conditions which are listed on the checkout page before you proceed with the payment. The terms and conditions for our plans are listed under https://soundcloud.com/go-terms-of-use state & https://soundcloud.com/terms-of-use-pro and states that each subscription renews after the end of each payment cycle.
I was able to get in touch with our subscriptions team and they were able to look into it have issued a refund in this specific instance.
