Automatic renewal payment

I was automatically charged yesterday for a year pro subscription. There was no alert email sent that my renewal was coming up. I didn’t want to renew and really can’t afford it. Is there anyone I can contact about cancelling the subscription and getting a refund? I really feel like this is a predatory practice.
