Automatic subscription cancellation

Chère équipe Soundcloud,

Vous avez procédé au renouvellement automatique de mon abonnement Soundcloud le 31/05/2019 (Gramophen) alors que je souhaitais y mettre fin.

Ainsi je vous serai gréé de bien vouloir annuler cet abonnement et me rembourser des 99€ que vous avez pris la liberté de prélever sans même m'en informer.

On May 31st, 2019, you renewed my account on your platform whereas I wanted to end it.

Therefore, I would be glad if you could cancel this automatic re-subscription and refund me of the 99€ you took the liberty to take from my bank account without warning me !

Sorry to see you go. It looks like this has already been dealt with, so you should receive a refund soon. (this can take your bank up to 5 business days to process).
