I stopped paying for sounclound go and my account still says I'm on the free plan but I just got billed 13.93$. How can I get reimbursed?

It is important to provide evidence that SOUNDCLOUD has debit your account, as usually the payments are a personal wire transfer request by authorization of the account holder.
