Billed twice for same amount

I signed up for a Soundcloud Pro Annual Account and I was billed on 10/08 and 10/09 both in the amount of $72 on my credit card. I only need one Pro account.

Also when I check on my subscriptions today, it says that I have no active subscriptions, but I have successfully uploaded two tracks over the last two weeks. How can I get these problems resolved?
