Billed twice in the same month

I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund for the double charge on my account. This month I upgraded from Pro to Unlimited, but I was charged $7 for Pro and then $15 for Unlimited. That doesn't make any sense. I should only be charged the difference right? Please help.

Hi Bobby,

I've looked into this and a refund is on the way for you. When you're upgrading monthly paid subscriptions, the system does not calculate the difference automatically. This is only the case for our yearly paid plans. However we were able to sort this out with the subscriptions team in this particular case. Allow up to 5 business days for your bank to process it.
