Cancelling Soundcloud Pro/Unlimited

Hi there,

I bought SoundCloud Unlimited two days ago, after seeing there was a money back guarantee if I was disappointed. After using the subscription for a short period of time I quickly realised that it was not beneficial for me at this moment in time. I went to cancel the subscription, and I believe that I may have done so - however both SoundCloud pro and SoundCloud Unlimited subscriptions have come out of my bank account.

I'd very much like to be refunded for the money spent, however getting help from somebody at Soundcloud feels like an impossible feat!

I have the same problem as well. Paid $135 for the yearly subscription but I would like to downgrade to the free version. It says "All plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel or downgrade at any time" while giving us no option to easily cancel it. Very frustrating and annoying. There isn't an email or phone number that we can easily contact about this either.. I would very much like my money back even more knowing that Soundcloud purposely made it hard for us to get a refund. :@:@:@:@:@

Please cancel my Pro subscription. No, please do not post the same links ya'll have been for the last 4 years, we all know there is no ability to cancel a subscription online through soundcloud.com. It's all good, I get the business model. Just please cancel prior to date of renewal. Thank you.
