Charged twice

I've had SoundCloud go+ for about 6 months and last month I was charged twice for the subscription renewal, $30 a month for music ain't cool. Can I get a refund for the extra charge?

Hmm, our records don't reflect a duplicate payment, rather one failed and one successful renewal of your plan. However, it also looks like you've subscribed via Apple - in that case, only the iTunes support can help further with this (if there was indeed a duplicate charge, it was processed via Apple). Please reach out to the iTunes support for further assistance.
